Hair braiding gold coast

This is the second time my daughter has had her hair done here.The owner is absolutely amazing.This is the only place on the goldcoast where the braids actually last.Both times it has lasted 3 weeks in my daughters hair.We are locals & swim most days.This does not effect it at all,However we have had it done at a few other places on the GC & it has lasted 5 days max....which is dissapointing with the amount you pay.I highly rate this place over anyother braiding place on the GC.....

Absolutely terrible. I wish that businesses would update their business hours. We arrived two hours before the stated closing time only to be turned away. I have two very disappointed girls.

Super poor form. Bloke serving was hopeless and no idea what he was doing.. said someone was starting at 11am and were first in line and would call as soon as they go it so our 3 year old could get her hair done. We left and 11.45am while sitting there watching others just walk in and get there hair done... finally received a call at 5pm.. poor service and poor excuses

Booked in via the Facebook business page and had a confirmation message sent back to confirm the booking, only to arrive for my appointment to be told that the owner didn’t book appointments that way and she had no room to fit my 3 children in. When I showed her the confirmation message she stated it’s not her fault and she doesn’t book that way. I stated that she should disable the booking button on her Facebook business page and make it clear how to book with her. We were leaving the next morning and being a Sunday afternoon we could not find anywhere else to go. The owner did not attempt to help to fix the situation, took no responsibility and showed no empathy even when my children were in tears.

Horrible service. Had two girls with us and we were told to wait outside the shop. We have waited in the heat and nobody came out. Decided to go in to check but the ladies were just chatting and were super rude. Told us to leave if we want to. The girls left with disappointment.

The Surfers Paradise Hair wraps and braiding were fully booked , So i took a short scroll down the road to this place and contacted the number provided . The lady was able to fit me in for the next day so I highly recommend you arrange an appointment.I was running a bit late , when i arrived she still managed to do my hair before the her next appointment so very grateful. It is joined with the massage company next door so spacing inside the shop is very small . I paid $65 for her to do the heart on top , a lot of colours to choose from and heaps of different styles. Service was OK she seemed tired and over worked as she is the only person at the moment doing it , 7 days a week apart from that i would go back again.

Very unprofessional ans untrustworthy.. mDe an appointment and planned my day to get hair done , to get cancelled on cause my hair is to thick !!!. wha do not.use these people

My twin daughters were so happy they were able to get their hair braided. Hair Braiding took lots of time and effort to make the girls hair look awesome. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back when we return to Surfers Paradise.

We both had the hair braided from the lady and this was our first first she did the job best.
