5:20pm in a Friday night, battery died at school pick up. Battery World Cardiff organised a replacement and had me in my way in the hour. Stoked that excellent customer service still exist. Been going here for a few years now and will be going back. Cheers Maggie and the team. 5 stars

I called Battery World Cardiff to get someout out to jump start my car. They sent Lucy out who was terrifically friendly and extremely helpful.In the end it turned out a replacement battery was needed as it was beyond jump starting and right on school pick up time.Lucy went out of her way to make sure I got a new battery and got me going so I could get to school in time to pick up the little ones.Fantastic service, and would highly recommend giving this place a call or dropping in for your battery needs.
