Enzie Stairs
We have now installed our 2nd Enzie Spiral Staircase in as many months. We couldn't not be happier. I thought for sure we were going to have to revert to using an attic ladder to access the new and beautifully built out attic, because there was no way the council would approve a standard stair to fit in the available space. We installed our 2nd Enzie last week and because of that have increased our overall living area by an additional 40 sq metres. Thank you Enzie!

I am kind of confused by the poor reviews as my experience so far has been great - and just what I expected. I was told 16 weeks for delivery and it arrived well inside that time. It was packed really well and arrived overnight in Sydney from Melbourne - it all seems to be here although I haven't assembled it yet. So far, so good. Top marks from me.

Enzie Stairs
The ceiling is 6m high in my living room, so I decided to add a loft space (reading area) to half of it. I bought a spiral stair from Enzie and just installed it last night. I had to get a mate over to give me a hand because I've never been great at assembly, so it took me two nights. Now that it's complete I'm really happy with it. It's black, shiny, sturdy, and looks really sharp in the corner. The Enzie spiral is the perfect way to access it my new loft. I love it!

Delayed my job by 4 months and refused to give me completion certificate when the job was done. No wonder this company refused to sign contract and disagreed with retention moneys. If you considering using this company, make they sign your contract, agree to your terms and leave retention money as security. otherwise you will regret big time.

We had some issues regarding the delivery. It took some time. Management addressed the issue and gave some good back up service.The product is good, looks nice and is of quality. The assembly is rather simply although the videos are a bit outdated. The business was happy to help over the phone and any parts missing were quickly shipped, nice to see a product manufactured in Australia. Well done

This company has got to be the best experience I have ever had. Enzie stairs has designed the most amazing, good looking, space saving stairs I have ever owned. I have just put this house on and the market and can’t wait to move into a new house where I can experience even more of their stunningly creative designs and features. We waited a year and by the time it was installed we had completely lost track of what had been designed and were disappointed with the look. This is what happens when a company has a monopoly on the spiral staircase market - competition makes a huge difference.
