Aarons Removals and Storage Perth

I have used Aarons removals recently to relocate from Perth to Melbourne. Their level of service was excellent. From moving furniture to getting to Melbourne they have exceeded my expectation. Goods arrived on time in Melbourne as advised. No delays or misleading promises. I have been dealing directly with Regan. He has been a top professional. Always answers your phone and e-mails and gives you an accurate information. I would highly recommend Aaron's removals. I would use them again and will happily recommend to friends needing to move interstate. Thank you Aarons removals & Regan for making my move such a good and stress-less experience.

I contacted Aarons after observing the guys loading furniture etc at another house across the road.I contacted other companies, yes they gave an hourly quote but Regan was the only one that came and done a quote for moving, storage for 12 months and then moving into my new house.The guys Harry and Jordan were excellent, appeared to be happy, nothing was too much trouble. Were very careful with my furniture and belongings.Thanks for a great job so far

Our recent move went smoothly thanks to Dillan, Harry and Jordan. They were fast and efficient moving us from a 2 storey house to a single level.They were friendly & professional and we were very happy with the job. You sent me a flyer in an envelope soon after I moved in with a moving check-list or something. I didn't use you guys to move and I thought it was really creepy. I also have a no junk mail sticker.

Stored our furniture with Aarons for nearly 5 years and during this time found both Deano and Reagan so friendly and professional. We just had our furniture delivered and cannot see any damage whatsoever ever. I seriously have no issue in promoting these guys or thank them enough for their business. If I could give a10 star rating I would. Thanks guys it been a pleasure using your service.

3/5/21 8AM removal in Beeliar area. License plate 1DPG922.They got the job done, they were quick but careful. I am happy I have my stuff in my house.There was an incident where a glass TV unit topper shattered, we didn’t actually see it happen we only heard it from another room. We made sure he was okay - let him clean up as he had a few cuts but nothing major. I didn’t care so much about it breaking because we know they’ll replace the unit for us.We asked them to wait quickly while we popped up to get a broom from bunnings to pick up the glass for everyone’s safety and because we didn’t want any boxes sitting on top of glass. The older man became quite rude after that to my partners dad. (I will say neither of the movers were rude to me at all so thank you)There was just a lot of back and fourth between the movers and my partners dad and they were completely unprofessional in that manner - they were nice to me but I cannot tell you how stressed I already was with my partner not being present during the move and the guys all shouting at each other and name calling for about 20 minutes. It was really embarrassing as my new neighbors were watching and people kept staring walking by. It was shouting over whether or not to pause the move for half an hour so we could retrieve a broom and pan to clean up the mess and not have glass bits in our living room, kitchen and hallway.The neighbor lent us a broom, movers picked up the glass as much they could.I was uncomfortable after that the entire time because I didn’t want another blow out. I mentioned we owned a lawn mower and the mover said there was nothing else for us in the truck, I showed him the ipad and it said lawn mower was NOT marked as unpacked. He told me it was the ‘whipper snipper’ listed as lawn mower (my partner deals with that stuff & he was not present so I just thought the mover was right & my partners dad didn’t live with us in Victoria so obviously didn’t know what stuff we had and what we didn’t have)My partners dad and movers apologized because they were all out of line and they put the bed and couch together.I took it upon myself to unpack EVERYTHING in the boxes including what the movers from Victoria had packed because I really just wanted them to leave and not have to face another disagreement. After they finished with the bed and couch, i signed off and they left (this was shortly after the big blow up so I was quite on edge the movers and my partners dad might start shouting again)It was not an easy process being the only present owner of the items having to answer to 2 movers, there are a few other things missing but easily replaced so no biggie - the only biggie is the lawn mower which we looked for all night and only found the bag for it.Overall - if the movers hadn’t blown up the way they did, I wouldn’t have felt flustered and uncomfortable to speak with them & would’ve been happy with the job and taken more careful notice about what had been missing. My partner is navy so he couldn’t be there and the form I signed was addressed to him and not me, so he is unhappy it was signed off without him. Not a single thing was broken in the boxes so I’m happy about that. Like I said - small replaceable items are missing but the lawn mower is the big one we care about because it wasn’t cheap.Thank you to the movers for not being rude to me and not breaking anything in the boxes. My partners dad and the movers were all out of line but I wish as a company they would’ve maybe tried to come up with a solution instead of snapping straight away when we really just wanted to help by cleaning up glass out of our living area.

We were blown away by the care taken by the Perth team from Aarons removals. They did all of the packing, as well as moving all of our furniture etc, and they were extremely prompt, professional, friendly, careful with our belongings, and the price was very comparable. Would highly recommend them
