Smart Cookies Early Learning Centre Liverpool

My son has been attending Smart Cookies at Liverpool since February 2023, He is always very happy when I pick him up and sometimes he doesn't want to leave :-) . The educators are great with him and do their best for all children daily. the daily updates with photos and videos are always good to see , and they always ask for Family input and feedback which I love as a great initiative to be involved with the learning

Enrolled my 2 year old niece and they’ve been nothing but the best! The educators have made me feel so involved by giving me constant updates and allow me to have a say in her learning through continuous encouraged family input! I’m super impressed with the learning experiences they conduct with the children and flexible routine to meet the needs of my niece. My niece absolutely adores her educators and is always excited to attend smart cookies! I feel at complete ease sending her off knowing she will be safe, happy and learning! I’ve seen such an improvement in such a short time frame! Management team is super approachable and flexible! Amazing service!

We’ve done the best choice when we decided to enroll our son at Smart Cookies. Honestly, this was the cleanest center we’ve seen around Liverpool area. Their education program is great; lots of different interesting and fun activities.The management and educators are amazing and the communication from the center is excellent. I love their app where we get frequent updates on our son’s activity through the day.I’m thankful to the staff who made him feel safe and welcomed from the very first day.

My son was so happy at this daycare from day 1..beautiful place for kids to play..run by a family who really cares about providing a good service for kids to feel as cared for and comfortable while away from their parents. I will be sending my daughter because I am so happy with their service.. I am especially happy with their daily updates on the app so I know what's going on and my son and been progressing quickly from the activities they did with him. My son absolutely loves this centre. I was very anxious when I switched day cares 3 months ago but it has been the best decision I ever made. The teachers are simply amazing. They’re all energetic, kind, and fantastic with the kids. I get multiple updates a day, and love seeing the different activities that are set up. My son gets very excited on day care days and always come home happy but tired. The directors of this place are very professional and responsive and caring. My child is well fed and very well looked after and I can’t ever imagine him going else where.

My husband and I are so happy to have both our sons enrolled in this centre. Well resourced, clean, state of art with qualified staff who are so respectful and affectionate towards the children and families. My boys love coming to the centre every Wednesday and Thursday.The owner Neevin, her husband and daughter Monica are so nice, keep us updated on matters relating to the kids. Thank you to the Dreamers and Inventors room for providing a rich learning environment and programs for my sons. I am keeping my sons here till they have to go to kindergarten. I am would recommend Smart Cookies Early Learning to all my families and friends.

Probably one of the best child care centre in Sydney I found.My daughter went to a few different ones nearby and found it were terrible. Not to mention a few names but those were unorganised and teachers don't have the passions to care for our child.My child would come home with a full bottle water and sometimes the nappies weren’t changed until she got home. She was sick almost every week so we thought to get her out of there quickly until we found this place. Trying to contact them is really difficult as they don’t pick up the phone most of the time.Now let’s move forward, owner of this place has very high integrity and they have a very organised system so when we need to contact the centre it was a breeze. The payments were done properly on government subsidy without any issues.The teachers were young and energetic. They were looking after the children with a heart. My daughter would come home with a empty bottle of water almost every time at least she has taken half way. We were really satisfied as she doesn’t get sick anymore due to dehydration and always have a peace of mind when putting our child here.Another great thing about this place is the surveillance camera for safety.We can’t be happier than putting our child than this centre here.

I have had an awesome experience with Smart Cookies from the time of enquiry through to having my daughter attend the centre.The executive team are highly accommodating, extremely approachable and are passionate about their centre.The educators are all extremely nurturing, active, positive and dedicated towards their role.My anxiety has been put at ease knowing I have placed my daughter under the right care.I honestly cannot ask for more from a centre.I am getting photographic updates of activities throughout the day and I know my daughter has settled well thanks to the care from each stakeholder within the centre.A huge thank you to the team!

My daughter is 13 months old and this is one of the few places I could find in our area that takes children aged 0-2. Three weeks in, I am so confident I made the best decision enrolling her with Smart Cookies ELC. The staff are just wonderful, and the level of care they have shown my daughter is second to none. She adores them and it's been so rewarding to watch her settle in and feel comfortable. The communication from the centre has been excellent, as I receive frequent updates as to her activities for the day and their benefit to her learning and development.The facilities are impeccable too -exceptionally clean and modern, and the learning resources are very good. When I had my initial tour with theowner Monica, I was so taken with the place. Other childcare centres in our immediate area appear pretty run down; Smart Cookies is just a haven I can easily see my daughter benefiting from for the next 5 years. I really love this place (she does too!), and could not recommend it enough to anyone thinking about enrolling their child there.
