I was first engaged with Marcus and Capital Properties towards the back end of 2019 in a seminar where he introduced me to the world of property investment. During the seminar he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the process start to finish of both buying and building an investment property.Mid 2020 Marcus presented an opportunity to invest in a property where I jumped onto it.From start to finish Marcus was all over what was happening, what was next to happen and who to engage with to get the best results.He has very extensive connections throughout the property and building industry that took the stress of it all off my shoulders.Overall very professional and friendly and an absolute legend to have in your corner. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
