Worst customer service ever!!This has happened for the third time in a row. None of the staff is helpful or professional. Every time I asked to try a pair of shoes they cannot find the other side from back room . They have 2 of the same size on display and can’t find it . How can same thing happen every timeJust clarifying it was not busy at all. Only 3-4 customers in the store. The person whom I asked said sometimes the company send only one shoe in box !!! Really!!!!Find a better excuse next time which makes some senseI want to give negative rating but it’s not an option. This store doesn’t even deserve one star!!

Extremely poor customer service, waited about 10 minutes to get someone’s attention to try on trainers, was asked to wait a minute, after another 5 minutes I walk out went to Rebel and received great customer service and made my purchase. JD need more sales staff at peak customer periods. This isn’t the first such experience with JD.

Probably the worst retail experience in Chaddie. No point having great shoes and apparel if you never get served. Waited 30 mins for staff who were either overworked or past caring. Never got those size 10s I asked for.

If I could opt for no stars, I would. There’s no enough staff here compared to the amount of traffic this store gets. Why do you need 3 people to attend to 1 customer? Waited so long to get someone’s attention, had to wait even longer for the right size. Ended up going to Foot Locker just opposite. Purchase was completed in 10 minutes.

WOULD DO 0 BUT 1 IS THE LOWEST RATING!Just had the most unprofessional customer service at this store. The female employee that dealt with our situation, clearly was not trained to handle a customer’s problem in a professional manner.In my experience, I tried a shoes protector spray without knowing that it shouldn’t be tried. Instead of explaining in a calm and polite manner that we can not do this, she yells that I am a thief. Even though I told her that I am happy to buy it, she continuously caused a scene saying that thief’s can not be trusted. The other workers came in to see what the issue is and tried to calmly solve it likely knowing that it was her fault, but she called the security to kick me out.CLEARLY looking at their reviews, they do not care about their customers nor do they make any efforts to improve.Merry Christmas

Staff became so pushy and rude when it was a few minutes to close. When I came back the second day I showed them the shoe I wanted and the size, they had it in stock but gave me the wrong shoe, didn’t notice till I was hours away going home. Dissapointing

What is taking you so long to deliver?Over 10 days since I purchased online and still no sign of my goodsTracking information on website is uselessPortray themselves as a local retailer - goods come from overseas. Heaven help me if I have to return them for some reason.Should have read other reviews before purchasing.Hope they don't go broke before my goods are delivered.NEVER AGAIN!!!

The girl with the earpiece can’t tell the difference between her rear and her front. The staff carry shoes around aimlessly, no clear direction as what to do with the shoe that you want to buy. Someone just runs off and loses it. Then the counter girl confidently confused and rude.Well done guys good work.

Very poor customer service and cashier, waited about 25 minutes to get someone. I was reminded them to get my shoes to try it on but no one interested and let me wait for so long. I thought I got the right size but not then I have to came back to exchange the size to get it bigger but all staff at front deck is so rude and don’t care about the customer, I spend a lot of money on JD sport but this is first time I was experienced very very poor service from JD sports. Please love on your job because your you don’t have customers that mean you don’t have a job.

Standing in the store right now. Staff clearly more interested in flirting and chatting with each other than helping customers. We politely queried the price of a shoe and were spoken to like we were stupid and treated like a nuisance. Plenty of people in the store clearly need help but aren't being approached by staff - who arent even busy with other jobs, just chatting and fooling around throwing shoes and hitting each other with shoe boxes. I never ever leave negative reviews and always like to give businesses and staff the benefit of the doubt but this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a retail store. I work retail myself and like to enjoy my fellow employees presence as well but would never blatantly ignore customers like this. Clearly management don't read these reviews as I am not the only one to gave had this experience. Such a shame.
