Apparently it took 30 days to get RMA process started with these clowns.Cant even bother to use Express Shipping on return for a small NVME drive.Do no use them as a supplier.

Synnex cloud licensing systems are too complicated and nobody at synnex can help you with any support. It is impossible to know what licenses you have where and when renewals are happening, but the second a bill is generated on their end they're calling you to harrass you for payment. Mistakes are too easy to make with this platform and they don't care as long as you pay whatever they bill you regardless of whether it's what you wanted.
