Could not recommend Kippax vets more. They showed so much love to our dog and us. They went above and beyond to make the very sad loss of our dog the best it could be and did absolutely everything within their power to help. They were simply amazing!

Had heard very good things about Kippax and decided to make the 3 hour trip ….and I wasn’t disappointed!Like most pet owners I’ve visited my share of vets over the years - and of course you want a skilled and talented team looking after your pet (Kippax has this in spades!!) but what was obvious from the moment you walked in was they actually cared about you and your pet - they get that this isn’t ‘just another dog’ but a part of your family and treat you, and especially your pet, the way you would care for them.What really stood out for me was the level of genuine ‘care’ they showed to my old mate - this wasn’t just a technical medical issue to be dealt with but they took the time to ‘connect’ with him and gain his trust and they were just gentle (with him and us!) .This is the way vets should be!

Honestly the best vet in Canberra. The medical care, the emotional care, the people, the skill and knowledge, the genuine affection and love of animals...everything about this place is above and beyond any other I've been too. I've been coming here for something like a decade and if I ever move I would chose to travel to bring my pet specifically here.

Put my mind at ease today! I called in for a same-day consult and the receptionist was very kind and managed to fit me in. Once I arrived they were so kind to me and my dog and offered my dog treats for waiting so patiently. The vet was very gentle with my dog too. I felt like me and my dog were very well attended to despite our late notice. My dog is looking forward to her next visit to the nice people with the treats! Thanks Kippax Vet Hospital team :)

Absolutely outstanding service. They really went above and beyond and made a sad experience (surrendering pets following a death in the family) bearable with their compassion and professionalism. I wish the vets we use in Sydney were half as good as Kippax vets. Highly recommended.

Very professional and attentive staff. I called to make an appointment for a blue heeler for a check up and vacation. I then enquired about dental treatments.The person on the phone was able to provide all the information I needed about how they evaluated the dental needs for canine's.Most helpful and polite.

8 days in counting and still waiting for the urine laboratory result of my cat. Kept calling multiple times but they just told me that vet will call me for the result but upto now never heard from them. Kept on follow-up seems like no one cares. I told the receptionist that there’s a blood in the urine, hoping that I could get the result right away. But so frustrating that until now I didn’t get any response from them. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else!!

Friendly staff and Doctors always up for a chat about our fluffy friends. They we're very good helping my cat Toby and giving him and alternative to the 'cone of shame'. Now he's looking better.

I have attended Kippax Vet Hospital for many years with my several dogs. Mainly I have been seen by Dr Alison who has gone beyond the norm to provide my dogs with excellent care and to reassure me. Three of my dogs are Therapy Dogs who require extra pathology testing to ensure they are safe to enter hospitals, all completed efficiently and regularly.Alison and her staff also give of their time in the community assisting the disadvantaged who own companion animals. She also regularly travels to the NT to desex dogs in aboriginal communities.Alison has become a valued and admired friend for her veterinary competence, sensitivity to the needs of the owners and most particularly the care of our much loved four legged companions.I have encouraged many to attend Kippax Vet Hospital for that reason.
