Always a fantastic experience. Ray has been styling/cutting my hair for 28 years. I wont go anywhere else and when ive had to (on holidays) i am always disappointed. The Salon has a relaxed luxe vibe. Amazing customer service and staff.

WORST EXPERIENCE and disgusting customer service. After appointment was cancelled 30 minutes before, I then called to express my concern and see if I would be able to be fit in with another staff member. Was told that the owner of the salon could do my hair which was absolutely no problem until I asked for an inch off and received a bob. After saying that I wanted the front bits to fit in, when putting my hair up, you best believe they do not fit. Hair is uneven and by far the worst cut I have ever received. I called the next day to express my concern and was told that it is an amazing job and got hung up on.Do NOT ever go here.
