From Basque With Love

I absolutely love these products and buy them every week. I'am gluten intolerant and buy the rices and lentils which are clearly labelled GF on the front (not sure about the 1 star reviewer who doesn't know that cous cous is wheat). Highly recommend for a quick, easy and deliciously healthy meals.

Very disappointed by the attitude of this company's GM. We purchased the Moroccan couscous after checking the ingredients list to see if it contained Gluten. Both my daughter and I are Gluten intolerant and suffer significant pain for weeks if we ingest it. The ingredients did not list wheat or gluten. In fact, it even stated that the facility handles gluten, which is usually a further sign that gluten is not an ingredient.Symptoms started not long after we ate it, and so I emailed to find out if it did in fact contain gluten. The GM was so dismissive and arrogant, eventually her defence was although the Code was amended to introduce a mandatory allergen warning over 18 months ago, she has not had time to do it. That really shows how much they care about their customers.Would not recommend eating this company's food.

We first discovered From Basque With Love at the Red Hill markets many years ago. Since then their wonderful products are now available at many stores, including our local Ritchie's IGA.In summer we like to add the Moroccan couscous to a salad to spice it up and give texture. In the cooler months we like to add Indian Dahl to pumpkin soup, so very yummy. And, of course there is the scrumptious rice dishes as well. In fact we had some of the paella rice with red salmon and fresh vegetables for dinner last night.The options are almost endless.We keep a few packets of various products in our pantry, as well as sending some to family in other states for their eating pleasure.Highly recommended for a quick, easy, and most importantly tasty meal.

These products are a pantry staple… they have enabled me to keep up the illusion that I can actually cook… last minute dinner guests can sit down to an amazing meal, full of flavour in little time.. with whatever protein I have in the fridge…and one of these packets : and I do it with ease…Too many favourites to mention; however I am known to treat myself to some leftover pudding for breakfast - YUM YUM YUM ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Flavours are stunning! So easy and convenient that it makes whipping up something delicious midweek, when you’re poor on time effortless! The whole family are big fans. We have tried a lot of the products and rate them all equally

Fantastic delicious products. Life savers too so I make sure we always have a packet in the pantry!
