We then were introduced to Owen form the Realty Group and from the get go he showed complete professionalism and made the process really easy. Owen was always available to answer any questions that we had and brought calm to situations when we were stressed or concerned. I would highly recommend Owen to anyone looking to sell their home. Do not recommend using this real estate for leasing your rental property. Our inspection reports always came back glowing, however, we recently changed agents and tenants gave 2 weeks notice to move out as the agents changed hands. We went to inspect after they vacated and have found holes in the walls, some that have been patched and not painted, ripped fly screens, loose door handles on most doors, missing lights and overgrown garden. No permission was sought after to install a baby gate where part of it has been left and not patched and other wall hangings, wooden stairs have been damaged and all the polyurethane cupboards have stickers all over them. I feel sorry for our new agent that is now having to rectify all the damage. The tenants were also behind in their rent with no attempt to rectify. For the high 6.6% fees we were paying, we expected more from this agent! We are up for thousands of $ in damages not including the loss of rent.

Mark and his team were nothing but professional the whole way through the process. There was always great communication between everyone and I was always kept very informed along the way. Mark and the team were very honest and true to their word which was what I was looking for in an agent as to me integrity and honesty mean everything especially when selling a home. They delivered on every word and did an awesome job at marketing my property. I felt so valued as a client. Mark and the team went above and beyond to help me wherever he could as my property needed some work done for pool compliancy etc and Mark helped me organise all that with his contacts and made sure the job got done which took a lot of stress and pressure off me, nothing was ever a problem. My house sold at the first open house for a fantastic price that was above my expectation. I could not have been more happier! I had such a great experience with Mark and the team at The Realty Group that If I was to ever sell again they would be the only agent that I would ever list with. I cannot thank them enough!

Completely unprofessional firm, that live up to the stereotypical real estate agent sliminess.We lived in a rental property for 3 years, taking good care of the place, we gave 2 months notice prior to leaving and were given a final bill, only for them to send us a bill for a further weeks rent and a claim made against the bond on the same day for the same amount a week after we had left. Shayla and the rental department are completely unprofessional, rude and unethical.The rental market is difficult at the moment, but beware of this firm, they will do nothing to look out for you as tenants.
