We used Natale Group last night for our daughter’s graduation party. Was very impressed with their professionalism. Will definitely use again!

We contacted Roger and his team to provide security for our girls 18th. They were recommended by a friend who had used them for the school ball afters". Roger was prompt and very helpful in his response.The staff that worked our event were professional and very effective. We had a number of attempted gate crashers

EDIT: Attached is a screen shot of the response from the company after leaving a review (I think it speaks for itself). ORIGINAL REVIEW: Two bad experiences now. First time the staff didn't clock off and kept working without me knowing and then hit me with a huge excess bill the day after the event. Second experience both guards turned up late with no notice or apology. An hour late for their shift and refusing to refund me for the lost time. Rude company to deal with, zero respect for contracts and agreements, terrible customer service and unwilling to say sorry or offer a good customer service experience. Will never book again and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

We called to say a gate was open to a certain construction area, and we didn't want people hooning around in there. But unfortunately our wishes went in vain, as on the following morning the gate was still open. It's none of our business, but I wouldn't want to do hrs of work in the sun and then come back the next day to find the work undone

Very poor customer service. Very rude and not professional. Would not reccomend!
