This company has connection to Paps Vertical Gardens, now out of business. Paps initially built my garden after a few issues and unbeknown to us, cut a few corners. Needless to say the garden died because of cheap watering system that failed after a few months and inappropriate plant selection. We decided to get the garden re-stablished and went to VGSM not knowing the connection to Paps and I explained to Hugh why the garden failed. They agreed Paps was a bad operator. A project brief was established and they were engaged to undertake the job. On the day of the install, the owner of failed Paps arrived to do the install and I was shocked to see him. Had I known the connection I would never have hired VGSM. They did not install the plants as discussed, removed too many old plants and did not replace them with new ones. I was told they would prepare a solution. One month later and this has not yet been done. We also had paid for maintenance of which Hugh has promised a refund after I cancelled it because they could not organise a gardener to attend - the money has been refunded. This company is a sham and has little respect for its customers. Stay away.Update: I have given them multiple opportunities to pay back monies owed and deliver missing plants but they fail to communicate with me. A claim to VCAT is our next step.Check out the reviewers reviews of other businesses .. interesting they are all reviewing the same businesses in some cases. Fake?

I was a bit hesitant to get a real vertical garden in our courtyard. But when I was informed Vertical Gardens Melbourne offer a competitive maintenance package I jumped at this opportunity. I’m not much of a gardener but we needed something to make our courtyard pop.

I’m really so happy with Vertical Gardens Melbourne. I rang the number, they came down and quoted me and started the job. This was all done in 2.5 weeks. Great turn around and quality.
