Complete Tanks & Pumps
I recently had a 5000 L tank and a 3000 L tank installed, along with a pump and stormwater overflow drain. I was very happy with Complete Tanks and Pumps in all regards - quality of the job, price, and the experience, friendliness and reliability of the owners and staff. Provided my site plan and details of the work required and hadn't heard anything for a week so followed up. On the first follow up I got a little more info. Then another two week wait with nothing. More chasing, more silence. After about 5 weeks Michael finally came put to quote the job. Then I heard nothing for another week, only to be told that he couldn't do the job because it was too difficult. All I needed was a bigger pit, dual pumps and an alarm system installed!

Exceptional customer service over the past 2.5 years. Originally had my tanks and pump installed (including stormwater). everything was professionally executed - no pressure with upselling or recommending things that werent necessary. Recently experienced an issue with my pump, took the time to inspect and fix the problem! Tracey and Michael have been very reliable and excellent to deal with throughout
