We have had our investment property managed by Key asset for over a year now. We live interstate and the tenants have made a number of requests for maintenance, and we have experienced nothing but quick and professional service from them. Communication has been excellent and the inspection reports have been thorough and detailed. I highly recommend them.

Key Asset have managed our property for about 6 months. The Property Managers and Leasing Consultants have always been professional, communicated promptly and ensured that we were included in every aspect of the property management process. Our experience with Key Asset has been excellent and we would highly recommend them

Im really thank you to all Asset Key team works that they really do the best job ever. Especially to Jesica ( manager ), she done really awesome management skills, solving problem skills with amazing experts talents that she has. She has an emphatic hearts too, she put our matter in her shoes. Really have a wonderfull hearts of her. She manage my tenant to paid all outstanding 4 months behind rent. She got a strong independent character that she believe she will defend her landlord. That happen two weeks ago, my garage roof all sudden was falling off, n as usual, she solved it again, she contacted the insurance and awesome everything sort it out with no more stress out to pay the fee. Im honour her, she really trustworthy and emphatic person. No regret if you give all your works to her. She definitely will do the best job ever. Reply fast and solve problem Fast. I Really want to work with Asset Key team for the long term.

The whole team at Key Asset were wonderful to deal with from start to finish! They were there to answer any of our questions (big or small!) and made the seemingly ‘scary’ process of buying our first home so much easier for us! They were super personable, friendly and professional throughout. We would highly recommend all of the team from Key Asset!

Update:The response from Key Asset below is inaccurate, the exit clean was completed by 5 staff who are internationally IICRC qualified across fire, mould, trauma, crime scene cleans and are consultants for litigation of such works.Key Assets previous Google rating was <2 ⭐️, the new owner found my number and contacted me on three occasions to change my review. The fact that all positive reviews are made within the last 12 months goes to show their higher rating is completely manufactured considering the same unprofessional staff remain working there.Original Review:Avoid at all costs, such an unprofessional organisation.Property managers who lie, accuse, bully and disregard facts. Key Asset should have their licensing taken off them and not be in business.

Renters - avoid Key Asset at all costs. Tenants treated like second class citizens, with repair and maintenance requests routinely ignored. Was bullied into using extremely expensive cleaner when I gave notice. Was basically told (Lyn intimated) that I wouldn't get my bond back if I used any other cleaner. And yes I'm using a fake name so Teneal and co. don't harass me.

Unfortunately Key Asset is focused solely on pleasing their owners to retain business rather than functioning as a fair an lawful intermediary between tenant and owner. They were consistently unresponsive and unprofessional with maintenance requests, consistently off-loading blame to the owner (when it is the job of the real estate to follow up on owners and jobs, and at the bare minimum keep the tenants updated on progress so they do not have to continually chase the issue). We sent a list of issues upon move in and chased them for months before finally finding out (only through hearing an agent conversation on the phone during a routine inspection) that in fact the owners would not be fixing anything and for some reason the agents had just allowed us to continually waste our time rather than tell us that was the case.We had to wait 5 WEEKS for our oven to be repaired, and when we said we would get it repaired ourselves and get reimbursed they told us we were not allowed, when that is actually legal misinformation (as advised by fair trading an oven comes under 'urgent repairs' which should be resolved in 2 days).Furthermore when we moved out they tried to force us to use their cleaning company. We chose to clean it ourselves (I have personally bond-cleaned 3 prior properties without any complaint), and they charged us $200 for cleaning solely on the principle that it had not been professionally cleaned. As we had left the house significantly cleaner that we received it, I sent several emails with photo evidence of the cleaning when we moved in (which included completely dirty floors covered in footprints and paint dust as the house had previously been painted, as well as dirty kitchen benches and dusty cupboards). In answer the real estate just kept repeating that the property had been professionally cleaned, but there had just been a time lapse between that and when we moved in (3MONTHS!!). Surely the point is the condition the property was provided, not whether or not it was professionally cleaned (which is NOT a legal requirement). They also tried to charge us for several issues that we had been emailing about since the first week that we moved in. They clearly thought they would just 'give it a shot' and see if they could get away with it.When we gave notice about moving out they also provided us with incorrect information about the notice period, which I have since verified with fair trading, so we needlessly paid and extra $150 in rent as we could not be bothered arguing about it as moving is already a very stressful period. Finally, as I was worried about problems with the bond upon moving out, I contacted fair trading to check my rights. They advised that I should lodge for the bond prior to the real estate as it would mean that should anything be escalated to tribunal the onus of payment of legal costs and proof of issues would be on the real estate rather than the tenant. About 30 seconds after lodging for the bond I received a very angry call from our agent who proceeded to essentially threaten me with giving a bad reference for exercising a legal right advised to me by a tenancy governing institution, which SURELY is not allowed.I've read another review which outlined some very similar issues and has just been labelled *fake review* which is totally ridiculous, as why would someone bother doing that?Perhaps if you take this kind of criticism on board rather than just denying it you could improve your agency's services, professionalism and tenant retention in the future.

Teneal is an outstanding real estate agent who always works hard to ensure a smooth running of all necessary steps with her clients. My husband and I really appreciate her service which always seems so professional and confident. Teneal is an honest, efficient and client focused real estate professional who is committed to her work regardless of the time.
