Ritual Yoga & Pilates Robina

The instructors at Lighten Up Gold Coast have made my introduction to Yoga and Pilates such a pleasurable experience. Always warm and welcoming they work hard to guide participants through the classes, ensuring there are movements for all levels. So glad I found this place!

Lovely bright and clean studio. Teachers are warm and knowledgeable. Friday night Yin is my favorite way to end the week!

The studio and the classes are great, but the customer service is terrible. First of all they don’t reply emails or sms and neither answer the phone. I purchased a membership for unlimited mat classes for one week and their system never let me book one single class. I spoke to the lady through sms which said she would fix it, but then she just ignored me even though I sent screenshots to her showing the issue I was having. It’s just unbelievable being ignored after many messages and emails I sent. Paying for a service and not being able to use it, is even worse. Anyways it’s a shame but will look for somewhere else to go :(

This is such a friendly, calming studio. All the instructors are professional and helpful. The classes are amazing and I always leave feeling happier and lighter than when I started. Give them a try; you’ll love it!

The communication and administration at this studio is utterly abysmal! I followed the link on their website to buy a $39 trial pass for the Gold Coast studio and somehow ended up with one for North QLD. I’ve made several attempts to contact the studio to rectify this and have had no reply via email and the phone number is disconnected. I’ve not been able to book any classes via the app and the one class I showed up to based on their advertised timetable was not even on - there was no one there! Meanwhile I am getting spammed daily by texts and emails to read blogs and stories about the teachers and students. With so many other awesome studios on the coast, don’t waste your money or your time with this lot!

Lighten up is amazing! The studio is beautiful and serene (even in its central location) and all the staff are super welcoming! They encourage seeking help and are happy to assist. As Annabel says You're all flying first class". Responibly Covid safe. Would recommend. Big fan!"

Always a complete mind-body and soul experience! Every teacher ive had always brings something new to the table and allows space for more love, more expression and a safe space for me to be my self. Thank you lighten up family!

Every time I leave this studio I feel more at peace, lighter, happier and so grateful that I made the decision to come to class. Every Yin class oozes warm, safe and supportive sensations with each teacher providing different philosophies and techniques that allow me to arrive at a more balanced and expansive state. The communications and customer service is unprofessional and a real let down. There is never anyone in the studio to meet you, and all the promises of meetups and introductions never happen. Won't be paying money to such a disorganised bunch there are plenty of other studios available. No excuse for this continual mucking around.
