The name describes exactly what service they provided (window eating), I didn’t order and left.- under staff- staff treats me as invisible- just serves the familiar customer- other customers cut the line, pushed me- no one speaks English- and other customers- poor hygiene

Came to try this Vietnamese place as reviews were really good. Must say it is really tasty and affordable.Pity we couldn’t read Vietnamese and could order what the locals here ordered. Not sure how to order sides. Next time would have to come back on during non peak and chat the staff or owner so to try other Vietnamese dishes.

I have been told about this restaurant serving only $10 meals.I also been told that if you order 5 numbers of $10 takeaways, they'll give you 1 for free. Wow! What a deal, as though it isn't cheap already.Had a dine in experience one evening, and find that the place was jammed pack with people. Fortunately they also have dining upstairs which was a lot quieter.Ordered the Vermicelli Crispy Port & Spring roll and Broken rice, each at $10 only. To our surprise the serving was quite generous and taste wise, was good too. Couldn't complain. Most definitely will come back and try other dishes, but the big crowd at meal times might discourage me from going there. I would recommend anyone who loves Viet food to go try it out. It's definitely worth your money. Check out their menu.BTW, their staff don't speak much English at all except for the lady boss who can also speak some Cantonese.

This restaurant is popular as it's one of the few inflation-busting restaurants left, serving good-sized noodle dishes and rice dishes from $10. When I went around 6pm on a Sunday it was packed, and the small tables were very tightly packed together - I was thrown into extremely close proximity with strangers which is OK as part of the experience but the food didn't quite make up for it. I ordered the beef noodle soup with special oxtail, so the price was $15 instead of $10. Due to busyness, my order somehow got lost, so I waited a long time. The dish was ok, but the oxtail must have been precooked and added on when serving, so it was cold. It was still an OK dish, I would be open to eating there again, but without the cold oxtail. Still, kudos for the great prices, and from what I could see from what others were eating, the serves were generous all round.

Although very popular for reasonable prices, this place has limited seating, and can be challenging during busy periods. The Bun Cha was tasty enough. The Pho Bo could have been hotter when served. We were seated upstairs in a rather stuffy, poorly ventilated space. Will look for better table next time.Worth a visit.

Small restaurant but cheap cheap food. All types of noodles and broken rice for $10 each. Food portions were generous. Go early as it gets really crowded. A crowd pleaser!!

Cozy homely vibes. No music just lively chatting families.Owner was friendly and politeUnfortuantely most of the other tables had uncleared plates and there was a half full sugar cane drink at our table which was not cleared during our whole stay. But really. All that does not matter! Its about the food.Ordered1. Com Tam Dac Biet (special broken rice) $10. One of the better Com Tams in Springvale and at this price it was a steal. The pork was grilled and marinated perfectly. The rice was properly broken and not mushy at all. The overall blend with fish sauce was awesome! Will be back +++++.2. Hu Tieu Thap Cam (combination sitr fry thick noodles) $15. Stir fry special menu on thursday, friday and saturday. This dish was abit on the average side. I felt there were too many cabbage bases (not my favourite) and the serving size felt small for the price .100% will be back for more Com Tam!!Will be back for some of those huge bowls of pho!

What a hidden find in Springvale. Authentic Vietnamese cuisines and large portions for less than $10. The menu is in Vietnamese so it seems there's more on theenu if you're able to read the language, if there not, there's also an English menu with select items. The broken rice is well presented and the meat is so well marinated. The pho looked to be quite popular here so we tried their beef pho with rare beef slices. Slightly oily but the meat is tender and the noodle are so silky. Look forward to trying the rest of their menu.

Great pho for a great price. Place is simple and the service is minimal, we were there for good and nothing else. The Vietnamese ice coffee is strong and tasty, just perfect for me! On weekends, they have fried noodles which is well recommended!
