Enjoy this brand, this feedback is specifically related to the outlet: please fix the change rooms so that the curtains close properly or there is an actual door. The way it is set up now, there is an assumption that women enjoy exposing themselves to the entire store including men who walk around, as curtains have huge gaps on both sides. What is behind this strange mentality? It's a luxury brand, clothes cost a lot of money there, why not create a comfortable, safe and warm change room experience?The customer service can be hit and miss, there are only one or two knowledgeable and welcoming assistants, the rest couldn't care less. I often have to walk out from change rooms to look for different size myself.

I finally made it to the store today and was very impressed by the extensive range of stock in a number of sizes, friendly and professional staff and appropriate pricing .Tara was especially helpful to me for securing my purchase today and has exemplary customer service skills. Thank you, I look forward to enjoying my purchase.

Worst customer experience - spent a good 20 minutes browsing, tried on 4 items and wasn’t greeted once by the three staff working. Didn’t end up buying anything (despite amazing prices and selection) as couldn’t find my size. It’s a luxury brand and even at outlet prices, I’d expect much more.

Aww where can I start love love love is all I got .. found three items , the price of one item from the main shop who cares if it’s out seasoned … so so so happy with my purchases I’ll definitely make it a point to visit more often !!

Shoutout to the staff who are professional and friendly with their service! The dress we tried on had small damage that we didnt notice, but the staff saw it and changed it out for another one for us. Some good deals to be found as well at a good discount to rrp

Worst Zimmermann ever. Even booking an appointment and following all the rules they didn't allow my husband to go in with me saying that they have a limit of people based on the quantity of fitting rooms they have... Really funny this justification considering they only sell clothes for women! It's not like he was going to try any of the clothes or use the fitting room! Ruined the day as he always help me giving his opinion.

Have been here a few times. Always greeted by very friendly staff. Huge range of selection. Beautiful clothes. Wouldn't say items were heavily discounted though. But still worth browsing and buying some good quality items.

It's was expensive but then again it's Zimmerman, great cloths and service was great especially especially a new staff member young girl with a Greek background, she was very well spoken and made you feel comfortable.

They were quick to greet me when I arrived and offered assistance with anything I needed.As I was browsing through the store, I found a few pieces that I wanted to try on. The staff directed me to the fitting rooms and offered to bring me any additional sizes or styles that I might need. While I was trying on some clothes, I realized that I had lost my bracelet. I was really upset about it, but the staff were so attentive and helpful that they found it for me!I was really impressed by the level of care and attention that the staff gave me during my visit. They went out of their way to make sure that I had a positive shopping experience. Even when I had trouble deciding on which pieces to purchase, they were patient and helpful in offering their advice and opinions.In addition to the great customer service, the selection of clothing at the ZIMMERMANN outlet was fantastic. They had a wide variety of styles and sizes available, so I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the clothing was also top-notch, which made it well worth the price.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the ZIMMERMANN outlet.
