Rentokil Pest Control Sydney

Dear sir/ madam, as I professional driver I would like to say if you employ people and they drive vehicles with your company name on them, they should have some idea of road rules. Definitely not shout abuse at people who are bystanders, this isn’t a good advertisement for your company , this happened in Narraweena around 330 pm on 4/5 23. I hope this can be investigated and resolved.

Andy is brilliant. Courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Provided services to the entire strata block and residents who also took up individual treatments. A happy chap with a smile - highly recommended and we'll have him back again.

I was trapped by them to lose my warranty cover as their warranty service team Keely called me three months ago before due date and we were discussing and agreed I would get her call back close to the due date again, as that was too early to confirm the date.But I never get another email/call back which made me lose my warranty and when I am arguing with their management team, they just said its the owner responsibility to keep the date in mind. I understand what he said but this sounds like they really don't care about you as a customer.If you got a new car and the dealership would definitely call you back with in a month/two weeks before to remind you of doing annual service or either sending you a message.They really got a 'great' customer follow up strategy.

Service guy (Josh) was terrific. Knowledgeable & helpful. Said that if it rained to notify Rentokil & they’d come back & redo outside.Rained within an hour so called office only to be told to wait & see what happens in 10 days.Not good enough Rentokil.What exactly is your wet weather policy? Your answer will determine if we ever use you again for our annual pest service
