Good reliable company. I have been using mobile hut for the past 2 years both for my personal mobile and work phones. I have always had great experiences and saub + the team have always offered a quick turn around with great results each time. More recently (Saturday) I made an urgent call to the store at 1:30pm with a technical issue with my iPhone that I could not fix. Despite the store closing at 2pm saurabh told me to come to the store and helped me rectify it - even though the process took us well past 2pm. I highly recommend the store and would t go anywhere else.

The service here was horrendous and completely unprofessional. I had my Samsung s9 repaired here very poorly and it took a lot of convincing for the man to give me a refund and my old parts back. I gave in the phone with a broken screen, it cost $395 for it to be repaired with non-genuine parts, doubled sided tape and cheap super glue. When I complained about the service I was then told I was unintelligent" and "naive to come here and think you would get genuine parts

Extremeley rude towards customers and withheld critical imformation. If you have a samsung mobile just go directly to samsung, its cheaper, you get a genuine repair, and they actually provide proper customer support.

Recently had my Samsung s20 screen and LCD replaced after I smashed my screen badly. Icould not be happier with the service or finished product . Only a day from drop off to collection which also required parts to be shipped in when other places said I would be without a phone for a week. Thanks again for the speedy turn around and good work

Excellent Service - Life Saver !Transferred all the data, contacts & photos, from broken work phone onto another phone. Then set up new phone so everything was saved & works from the SD Card, instead all being on the phone. Highly Recommend, and very reasonable pricing.
