George and Andy from AGN Builders have built us a beautiful home. They completed a renovation for our Californian Bungalow and showed terrific care in maintaining and enhancing the character of the original part of the house while building a stunning light-filled back room and new upstairs. They showed great attention to detail throughout the whole process and we are loving living in our home.

We chose AGN to construct our side by side townhouse development in bayside Melbourne. Being our first foray into development, we relied heavily on George and Andrew’s extensive experience to help guide us through not only the build but to advise and help us overcome the various road blocks encountered along the way - design challenges, compliance issues etc. We worked as a team and greatly appreciated the many creative suggestions for improvements and enhancements George provided. The end result has been fantastic. We love where we live and get many compliments from visitors to the property about the quality of construction and design innovations. We would be happy to chat with anyone considering building with AGN.

Heard good reports about AGN, we wanted them to do our extension but they decided that they wanted to charge us between $600-$1200 JUST for the privilege of finding out a price of how much it would actually cost ! And then never responded again….Be warned.

We recently had AGN builders complete a renovation on our house. George and Andy plus all their team worked very well, were polite, their skills and workmanship are excellent and they all cared about the final outcome. When our old house cause unforeseen problems they worked with us to find a solution and always kept us informed of what was happening. George also offered us ideas to enhance our renovation that we hadn't thought of. We are extremely happy with the end result and would definitely recommend AGN builders.

AGN have a great deal of experience and have been invaluable in our renovation.Our project was quite complex and we hit a few problems along the way, George was always willing to help and wasn't discouraged. We are so happy with the end result and are so glad we chose AGN.George showed such a great attention to detail and went to such degrees to ensure we understood the process and could make informed decisions during the process. Being our first renovation there was much to learn, but not once did George make us feel uninvolved, he educated us along the way.He worked well with our architect, designer, pool builders and all others involved in the build. George has a lovely manner and is great to work with, I think that for this reason and due to his knowledge and professionalism he is able to engage great trades and produce amazing results.I would highly recommend George and AGN and would be more than happy to speak to anyone who is interesting in building with him.
