Andrew cancelled first scheduled visit stating emergency plumbing issue, I acknowledged and he rescheduled for same time next morning. Didn't reply to my text and he didn't turn up, again with no communication. Huge inconvenience.

I went with Gregory Built based on a friend's recommendation and I have to say, really pleased I made that decision. Great communication, fair prices and good attention to detail. Andrew curated some great selections for our bathroom that really considered our style and the era of our house. The whole reno felt seamless and didn't take as long as I had initially thought.
