Even with all the people today ( Thursday before Good Friday) service was quick, great fish and a huge variety. A huge well done to the management and staff and a Happy Easter to them all.

Parking was quick & right in front of entry.A neat area where fresh & frozen seafood & spices are sold.Ticketing system allows to pay for all purchases & makes it easy & quick checkout.

I love coming back here for the fresh seafood, i know not all seafood you need is here but as seafood lover, i am happy because its all fresh. They have fresh and frozen seafood. The customer service also really good, the young girl who assist me on my order and the lady at the cashier. They dis amazing job on customer service.

Well set out shop with friendly & efficient customer service. Great assortment of fresh, frozen, cooked & smoked seafood although if you aren't there in the morning you will likely miss out on the more popular seafood like fresh oysters & fresh local squid. A few fish like flathead were excessive in price in my opinion at $55 a kilo but majority of seafood was well priced.

Yesterday was my first time at the fish factory and didn’t disappoint!Great variety although some prices were higher than supermarket/other shops. Quality was good!Service was great. The lady that served me was very patient with me while I asked many questions about what fish was best for the barbie.I got a whole mulloway (she recommended Snapper and Barramundi as well) to cook on the bbq and was fresh and delicious (see the last pic). Also got some Oysters and marinara.I love the labels explaining what was fresh and what was thawed.

Fresh and reasonable prices for seafood . Only drawback is service. People at counter with no smile and rude . Maybe they are working long hrs.But prices of fish and quality of seafood is excellent.

Fabulous seafood. Excellent seafood. Service is first class and new ticketing system keeps things moving very efficiently. Was in and out in 10mins on 23rd December!
