The team are lovely. I missed the weigh in for a F45 challenge at my regular gym and the Ascot Vale team let me come over and use their scanner, GBE me some great feedback and offered a free session.I’d recommend this gym for anyone who lives in the area!

Absolutely love this place. Being a female I have never felt comfortable going to a gym until now. I had no idea what I was doing or how to use any of the equipment properly or how I was suppose to stand to do certain exercises. I have had continued support and guidance from the staff. 6 weeks in and have already lost 5.5kg. I love the variety I never thought getting fit could be so much fun.. Thanks guys you have changed my whole attitude about being fit and healthy.
