I have worked with Baaz for about 1.5 years. I have always been treated really well. I have been given the shifts and the flexibility I need as an older guard. I have never had any issues with wages (which are very good). On the VERY FEW times wages were not what I was expecting...they had fixed it within less than 24 hours. Any requests for extra uniform or time off for medical/family issues etc have always been met with a positive response. I have worked for a number of different security firms and Baaz has been the best thus far. Mike Williams.

I found this company staff is absolutely rubbish specially Lovie and kunal these both are con artist. They are biggest user .They will attract us by promising a lot like they would pay us really good money before starting the shift and couple weeks later when we see our pay is really basic and they still owe me salary after speaking many times that’s why after they use guards they remove them out of the group so no one can see their messages so don’t trust them at all…

This one black lady I saw at chemist warehouse northbridge (see my review on there page regarding what happened) was DISGUSTING. So rude and hilarious at judging who she should “keep an eye on”. She did MANY things illegally and refused to tell me her name and security company (luckily I found the company she works for) which is illegal by the way HAHAH. I will be calling to follow this up and if nothing is done I will be pressing charges to her and the company
