Really disappointed with my cut as I had bangs cut in and not only are they much shorter than I asked for, but it's very uneven. I didn't dare ask for it to be evened out as I feared how much more would be taken off. I wouldn't bother, I could have done a better job myself.

Having been a client on and off for a few years, I knew and respected the owner, Mel. At the end of 2016 Mel and Lara took me from brunette to blonde. After the 2nd full head of foils, the top was almost platinum but the ends were darker and brassy. At the next visit 4 weeks later I asked if I could have a toner in the top to blend with the ends, or the ends lightened as I didn't like the shade variation. Instead of balayage on the ends or a toner, their solution was to do another full head of bleach foils. The result was even lighter at the top, still with darker ends but now the entire hair was like over processed burnt straw.The next month Mel did the regrowth with violet highlift tint, which resulted in purple roots. She had to use straight bleach to remove the violet. 4 weeks later I went back to have the regrowth done, and I again complained about the colour variation, asking for a toner. Lara said I needed a colour correction, which was a full head of tint foils in a darker shade. Within days 50% of my hair broke off at 4 cm. The entire fringe broke off and 80% of the top, which ended up being 100% over the next few weeks. In the hands of these girls, I went from having long, thick hair to thin burnt hair with massive chunks missing and the fringe and entire top 4cm long.I contacted Lara immediately and she said nothing she did could have caused it. Mel was on holidays and when she returned I left a message for her to call, which she ignored. A few weeks later I called again and got Mel. She said she had not returned my call because my severe breakage couldn't have been caused by anything they did. Bearing in mind I had bought every expensive product and treatment they recommended, including Olaplex, and had not gone anywhere else, to deny responsibility and not apologise or even offer a cut or a treatment is a total lack of professionalism and zero customer service. They did not want to know about it. There is no haircut that can disguise a 4cm mullet - my hair was completely ruined and it will take 3 years to grow back. Use extreme caution in going to this salon.

I would highly like to recommend this salon. Lara was very thoughtful and with her expertise she helped me pick the right colour for my hair. She truely was amazing. You will not be dissapointed. A small intimate salon that gives a 10 out of 10 service.
