I was super impressed with the communication I had with both Stacey and Ryan. Ryan provided excellent service, quickly fixing the issue with a part he had in his ute and suggesting which not of the removed part I keep in case of future issues. I would use again and happily recommend.

Extremely satisfied with Ryan’s service. Our front loader washing machine was in need of repair and Ryan was able to see us within a few days. He was able to quickly diagnose and replace the faulty pump on the spot. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely have Ryan on call for any issues in the future. Highly recommended.

I had an Asko washing machine in my rental property which came up with F12 fault. I lost several days attempting to book a service through Asko, they simply didn’t provide the high level of service I expected from this quality brand. I googled repairers with 5 star ratings near me, Appliance Repair Guy stood out! What sold me was the customer reviews, from “ real” people who took valuable time to share their experiences because they know how hard it is to find good tradies. Ryan has two inaccurate 1 star reviews, written 4 years ago by painful customers whom no one could please, but I was extremely impressed with Ryan’s very polite & honest response to these difficult people, I admired his professionalism in wanting to set the record straight - to me that shows he takes pride in his work, that he cares deeply about the quality of service he does provide, & most of all, that he respects & values his customer’s very important evaluation & expectations of him. This guy operates with full transparency, 100% professionalism & best of all he cares about you, his valued customer. He’s not a one hit wonder, he’s a problem solver who values your time & his. He’s prompt, friendly & very honest and his prices are very fair for the high standard of work provided. Ryan arrived on time as scheduled, he even called 15 mins prior to ensure I was home, he quickly solved the problem and even found spare rubber tubing in his van, which fixed the fault without having to organise spare parts via Asko. I will definitely use Ryan again, & would highly recommend his to others.
