Growthbuilt are a very professional outfit, our experience so for has been great. They have a unique understanding of the construction industry and their design team are extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. We as a design and construct sub contractor are honoured to have the opportunity to work with such a professional outfit.

We were trying to report a very serious defect of the building, that causes our health issue. However, they neither answer the phone nor reply the email. We have reported to the fair trading. Suggest to everyone, next time to deal with this kind of builder, don’t waste ur time to get their reply, should report to fair trade straight away.

Our building 2 years out still has significant defects. Despite numerous emails and information provided to GB they have shown little interest in remediating the defects. They also burn most of their contractors by not paying them on time or dispute the price.

Not a happy customer, poor service and site management.

Could someone please answer the phone. I live in Jaques Ave Bondi, noting Marina's email it states to call to discuss the sewerage issue from the Pipi site. I have called the reception 3 times, I tried the management line, no answer. It says to call but nobody answers. I was given Ben Hancock's number and have left a message. If Growthbuilt care about the Bondi community perhaps someone from Growthbuilt who is liasing with parties on this issue, such as Sydney Water and the contractor could discuss what is happening with the people who live in the area that were effected. it has personally cost me over $900 so far just in removal of my belongings that were effected. It's easy to say you care, but if you do someone would have spoken to us by now. Growthbuilt may not have poured the concrete but it is your site at the end of the day the responsible and ethical thing to do is communicate with us.

Failing to remediate defects at their Lane Cove site despite legal action, customer care manager, cadets, project managers, and reception all refuse to answer the phone. Positive reviews come from staff.
