Bridgestone Service Centre Broken Hill

Called in to get a rim and tyre for a caravan, on Friday 2nd June. Staff were very helpful, and went the extra distance.Good people.

Rang on Saturday morning needing two new van tyres, didn't have stock and was no trouble to get in for us. New tyres fitted on the Tuesday. Great job by all involved. Oh yeah I rung 3 other tyre places and got no answer from them. Well Done Bridgestone

A little disappointed normally Bridgestone is great but my recent experience wasn’t up to their normal standards went in to just have my rear tyres changed to match the current front tyres gotten from Bridgestone middle of last year told them the tyre brand, size and tread pattern, I got the right brand and size but not tread, nothing too major so I’m not that upset about that, however they rotated my wheels so the new tyres were on the front not what I had asked for, and the biggest issue there was the fact I took my car in with the steering perfect drove down the road straight as got it back with a pull to the right, got a wheel alignment and turns out my front left wheel had positive camber and was 7mm toed in I had only gotten a wheel alignment not that long ago, I hope this doesn’t happen again. On the positive side though they were polite as always and fast so that I do appreciate

Whilst staying in Broken Hill we booked in to get a wheel alignement for both the 4wd and the van. It took 5.5 hours but the van took a bit longer as it was a pain to do. Would recommend them.

Staff here are legends. Came to them 10 minutes before closing time with an issue, completely stressing out and they made no dramas helping us out.

We've had a fantastic service, quick efficient and friendly! The boss gave us advice in terms of registration and did the brakes testing on the spot in order to register on the day! Very accommodating! After replacing a couple of rims on our motorhome, the team identified a different problem and let the boss to have a look, we were advised to make a detour to Adelaide to have more done before we were heading to WA! It was dealt very professionally! Thank you very much for the service you offered on the day!
