Very happy with the work of Kosta and the team at KK Property maintenance. Kosta did a range of different kinds of repairs to different parts of the house and also organised for painting and gardening work to be done. This coordinating took a lot of the stress out of things. The repairs were all done expertly and Kosta was very easy to talk to. He was honest about when work could be done and how much it would cost, and updated me regularly on the progress of the work. He also helped me work out exactly what needed to be done to make the place look better.

Kosta's customer service is outstanding - if only all tradies could be like him! Thorough, diligent, responsive, texted to advise of arrival times each day and the standard of workmanship was outstanding. We called him late one afternoon with an urgent job to retile the bathroom wall and install a new toilet, he organised trades and by early that evening had sent through the quote and could start as soon as we were ready. He even detected an issue that would have been picked up on a building report and gave us the number of a bricklayer we could speak to. A pleasure to deal with!

Kosta provided excellent communication and service for the maintenance needs of our house in preparation to selling it. He was extremely friendly and professional and worked with ease amongst the other tradies working on our house at the same time. As soon as he arrived, he had great ideas to help improve our property to make it presentable for the auction. His company provided a great range of skills and i would be more than happy to engage Kosta again for any other future maintenance needs.
