Kel is by far the most professional and experienced piercer I have ever gone to. I have had multiple piercings done by her as well as friends and family. I highly recommend Kel for any piercing needs. Not only is she super informative, has the highest quality jewellery and equipment, but she is also amazing with first timers and kids. 10/10!!!

Kel is amazing. Her knowledge of her chosen field is 2nd to none. I love her passion and how excited she is for you to get a new piercing. Her aftercare advice and post treatment is amazing. Kel gives you piercings that will last your lifetime and jewellery that will too! Maitland needed a shop like hers. I’m so happy to have her back in Maitland.

I had tooth gems done by Kel today and have walked out a very happy customer! Kel was great as soon as I walked in and everyone I met in the shop were super lovely. Kel is so good to talk to, she makes you feel right at home in her space. Very informative throughout the whole process as well and kel even had a look at a piercing for me and offered advice on that. Not to mention the tooth gems look soo pretty too. Can guarantee I will be a returning customer and I highly recommend seeing Kel for any of your piercing/tooth gem needs.

Since 2010 I have been seeing Kel for all of my piercing and jewellery needs.I have had many piercings over the years, all of which have healed perfectly every single time.The jewellery is always of the highest quality and the aftercare instructions are always explained clearly and easy to follow.Kel has the most amazing knowledge when it comes to discussing anything piercing related and is more than happy to answer any questions you may have.10/10 would highly recommend seeing the team - whether you are wanted to add a new piercing or just needing some new jewellery.

Absolutely amazing Kelly did amazing job with my lashes so light but so full just perfect, friendly vibes lost of advice on piercings and their body jellwery definitely, worth the money and time to go there, beautiful pieces and all worth the money for nickel and zinc free for those of us with nickel allergies and definitely great for us alternative people! Kelly did an amazing job with my lip and walked me through everything such kind staff. Love love love this place will be coming back for sure.

Needless to say the service she provided was excellent, she was very informative, gentle when changing my jewellery and overall provided incredible service. Will 1000% be going back to plan an ear curation with her!

We had a guest with a piercing issue in salon that needed reasonably urgent attention, we were unsure the best way to assist her so we reached out to ritual adornment on a limb that we could have our guest come to their studio, not only did Kel & her team jump to help out but they came straight into the salon for our guest. We are absolutely blown away by the level of service we received, and the kindness towards our guest in salon. We could not thank Kel & the team enough!
