1 star for making me feel like I need to do covid check-in first just entering the store.A rather intimidating experience.Please know what you are doing goes against Federal Law Privacy Act 1988.Always allow customers to do their thing *without* making them feel like they need to do covid check-in first.Have a nice day and I hope you will learn your lesson.

I purchased 2 Christmas nutcrackers"$20 each and they are gorgeous.I had to get 2 more for my mum .When I did the crown on the two were loose so the lovely girl behind the counter fixed them with craft glue and took a few dollars off for me. Such good service very helpful and customer focused."

Great store with a huge variety at amazing prices! Sometimes hard to navigate with a trolley or wheelchair and not always obvious where certain goods will be located. Occasionally a bit short staffed but staff are always friendly!

Was there today Sunday... Asked one staff member where something was, she told me where it will be... Couldn't find it, Asked another staff member who was just hanging around, and she told me where it should be even after explaining I could not find it.... The 2 female staff on this afternoon had no customer service, and seemed just so lazy to even show me where the item I wanted was... After 2 attempts of looking where they directed me, I just walked out as both their explanation was not right.... Employ people who take pride in their job and get rid of those that don't have the experience like the 2 that were on today.....

Great store. I do however miss The Reject Shop a bit more, Browse in and Save fills the space in the half empty Newton Village Shopping Centre.Range of products is great, and prices are cheap. Good staff and layout of store. Definitely recommend as a good quality cheap shop.
