I went for the blue slip in the place and I was really ripped off from this mechanics. I was charged more than $500 with unessary listing in the invoice. I donot recommend anybody to go to this place for repair/ blue/pink slip( Paninia Auto repairs, 35 Anderson Avenue)

I went in for a blue slip and he failed it for 14 different reasons, of which only one was a actual reason in accordance with the RTA.The inspector was rude and most of all lazy for example, one of the reasons where the rear R.H.S window didn't roll down all the way to test the child lock(His plan was to turn the child lock on, roll down the window and reach out the window to unlock the car if the child lock did work as if he could not scoot over to the passenger side of the rear seat and get out of that door) so I had to test it my self to see if it works and sure enough it does work. Another one was to look at the engine and find the engine number on the block he didn't do that either and I had to do it myself when I got the car home. So basically you have to do his job for him

Got my car serviced by Rhys, his customer service was outstanding and his repair was flawless. 10/10 give him a raise!!

Have been going to Panania Automotive for 25 years, excellent mechanic, honest and straight forward. During that time, we have owned several vehicles and all of them serviced at this mechanic. Leased, new, second hand, all were treated perfect and never had a problem here. Would recommend to anyone.

I've been coming here for years and they have treated my car well. Besides cars, they also work on trucks and the occasional tank.

Unfortunately I have not had a good experience.I have 3 cars and having moved to Panania was looking for a good local mechanic. Having used Terry for all 3 cars I will provide the results/experience and let you decide for yourself.1. Car 1 : Went in for normal service, came out with a busted radiator. No responsibility taken by owner, and attitude found to be rather sarcastic. Additional cost to me at a different mechanic who confirmed damage due to some kind of object striking internal part of radiator likely to be screw driver or some other tool $500.2. Car 2 : went in for normal rego slip. Was told no can do because of oil leak. Charged $2000 for repairs. It hardly been 8 months since repair and oil is leaking from the gaskets that were supposedly genuine parts? Oil cap also came back broken. A good mechanic would have owned up and replaced this and told me about it. Just found out when cleaning my engine recently.3. Car 3 : No chance I am taking my 3rd car to this business. Twice bitten.....General:The workshop is generally untidy and messy, there are bits and pieces everywhere, plus old trucks, cars etc all over the place. Having used Terry a few times, he still could not recognize me as a customer, and I get the general feel that he will look for every dollar he can get out of me. I am now with KMART even through they are much further to take the car to. Prices are remarkably so much better than this business, are extremely clean and friendly, and impeccable service minus the sarcasm.

I have been going to Panania Automotive for over 2 years now and they have always looked after me and my precious. The head Mechanic and workers they have there are well trained and know what they are doing. I couldn't fault them for anything. They are always very helpful and can diagnose a problem from a mile away. They are always polite and they get the job done properly (honestly more than I expected). I will be going to Terry for many more years to come and i reccommend this place for any car, truck or motorcycle.

Shane was excellent, fit me in for a quick safety check on my bike, was very quick, helpful, professional and excellent price. Highly Recommend.

I have used Panania automotive for a number of years. I started using them when they where located back in Anderson ave. They have done all the repairs and services on my cars trucks and my 4wd they have even serviced a few motorbikes for me over the years. Terry and the boys have always looked after me and made sure my vehicles are all in tip top condition. I'm always very happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone.
