One Mama Midwife Antenatal Classes, Sutherland Shire

My partner and I attended Lauren’s Antenatal class and couldn’t recommend it more. We have both come out feeling even more excited, knowledgeable and confident for not only birth but the next chapter of being first time parents. Lauren covers everything from birth to breastfeeding and to looking after our little one postpartum. This class is not only for the mum but also your partner and we loved the fact that the partners were very involved in the class and made to feel like their job is just as important.Thank you Lauren!!

Lauren is amazing at what she does! My partner and I took her birth class in preparation for our first bub, and we were both so glad we did. Having done a lot of research on different birth options and outcomes, I was so overwhelmed by everything to consider. Lauren presented the material in an engaging, non-judgemental way and I feel so much more confident in the different birthing options and decisions to make. My partner (who initially wasn’t super excited about a birth class) found the class to be interesting, engaging for the partners, and he’s actually excited to support me through labour and birth which is the ultimate outcome!Thank you Lauren for such a great class - I have been recommending you and your course to all my pregnant girlfriends!

Highly recommend! Had so much info for me and my partner to feel more informed and confident going into the unknowns of labour and postpartum and care of the baby. Lots of stuff we hadn’t thought of and my hubby enjoyed learning how he plays an active role in supporting me through labour so he doesn’t feel so helpless.Lauren was super knowledgeable and confident in the up to date information being provided and in answering any questionsYummy food provided and nice studio!Also very handy fitting it all into one day whereas other are split over 2 days.

I could not recommend attending one of One Mama Midwife's Antenatal Classes enough! Lauren is so knowledgeable in all aspects of birth/ labour/ postpartum care. Her class was entertaining and hands on whilst remaining very informative. My husband and I have come away with a lot more confidence about how to prepare and care for our little one

Such an informative class with such great real life and practical information. As second time parents, it was so useful to learn all the new changes since our last birth and taught us so much more than our last hospital run class. Was such a beautiful space and included an amazing lunch and goodie bag!! Recommend it to all my friends!

We attended our birth class today with the amazing One Mama Midwife.Thank you Lauren for making me feel a little more prepared for my belly birth. It wasn’t what I originally planned but it’s the best option for us to make sure baby arrives here safely.And with the research I’ve done and the information provided in the Elective Cesarean class, I feel a lot more comfortable and happy.Highly recommend Lauren and her classes for anybody with a baby on the way. Super informative and Lauren makes you feel so comfortable.

My husband and I attended Lauren's birth class over the weekend. Lauren presents the information in a really clear and easy to digest way that left us feeling confident and ready for the arrival of our little bundle! Highly recommend to anyone on the fence - you won't regret it!

After suffering a third trimester pregnancy loss last year, I was very reluctant to do my antenatal classes in a hospital/maternity ward environment, so I was so excited when I came across Lauren's small class, off-site option. The One Mama Midwife Antenatal class was exactly what my partner and I were looking for. Maximum information, over one day, in a lovely environment. I left feeling very well informed on my birthing options as well as confident with caring for a newborn! The book provided to take notes and the information home with us was a great touch! Lauren's extensive experience was obvious and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions :) My partner especially enjoyed the delicious lunch and morning tea haha thanks for a great class Lauren :)

Hubby and I just did our class this past weekend. We both enjoyed ourselves and Lauren was so informative. Really opened our eyes as first time parents to all the possibilities and options we have when going through birth and beyond. So glad we got the opportunity to attend and learn.

My husband and I just attended Lauren's class and came away with SO much information, tips and tricks! I feel more confident, knowledgeable and calm about the birth and being a first-time mum! It is the only antenatal class that I have come across that goes into detail not only about the birth, but also postnatal which was important to me!Lauren is passionate, presents the information clearly and involves partners throughout. They are also intimate, small and hands-on so Lauren takes the time with each individual and every question you have can be answered! Cannot her class recommend highly enough!!!!
