After a coffee spill, my laptop needed a thorough cleaning and some parts needed to be replaced. Jason promptly responded to my messages and explained exactly what needed to be done which was incredibly helpful. He was very pleasant and professional, and works very quickly. Pricing is also quite reasonable! Computer Support Partners will be my go-to place for any computer-related issues from now on. Would definitely recommend his services!

My Asus Zenbook that was 18 months old (12 months warranty) suddenly wouldn’t start up, just black screen, zero power/activity. Jason agreed to look into it for me. We kept in contact over text message, as he continued his investigations. This went on for about a week. He even had another analyst look into it. Unfortunately, the laptop couldn’t be repaired. Jason and his colleague put a lot of time and effort into the investigation in order to diagnose and rule out potential issues. When I came to collect he refused payment on the grounds that it wasn’t fixed. Fixed or not he was entitled to request payment for his time and expertise.
