We used Craig Thorne tiling for the tiling for our bathroom renovations. His work was simply flawless on the tiling of both our toilet floor and bathroom floor and wall tiles, especially as he tiled in the shower base and wall nook. The service and support we received from Craig and his team was 100%. There was no such thing as a silly question and were always prompt on returning phone calls or emails. We are quite lucky to have engaged Craig and Santhe's team for our bathroom renovation project. The ending result is absolutely stunning.Thanks to transparent, patient, effective and prompt communications with Santhe, the work can be completed impeccably. I was worrying about the workflow or any surprises during the work like some other providers that people posted online, but there is not even one thing that I needed to worry about as it is all at Santhe and Craig's coordination and control. We cannot speak highly enough of Craig's work (and Santhe's administrative and other support). Not only did Craig do his job to an absolutely phenomenal standard; he went above and beyond by helping overcome some oversights from some other contractors that we had to deal with. From his initial visit quoting and giving advice on tile choices to the final installation and sealing in fixtures, Craig was a legend to work with. Renovating can be a really stressful experience, but Craig and Santhe went out of their way to be supportive and reliable. She ensured that I had a sound understanding of the steps required and provided recommendations of quality products.
