I had done my nails this afternoon. We had book appointment about 2:30 and I have to wait until 3 o'clock. Also, the nails she has done was really bad shellac and she did it in such a hurry, also the finishing was not good too. she has not that much shades either.

Used to be a good place, and very close which is convenient but declined so bad recently. I got my pedicure after a long time yesterday, the technician hurt my toe while cleaning because she wasn’t even looking, no filing properly done, toe nail is chipped and the dirt under it is not even cleaned. The nail polish was just put over it. It feels like it was done to get rid of me as soon as possible. Don’t think I would come again there I would rather travel to get a good service.

My friend and I had the most awful experience on Saturday. We had booked an appointment for a mani pedi with acrylics. Literally no one there knew what they were doing, I had 3 different people do my nails before Daisy (the owner) took over after 2 hours to fix them. 2 of my fingers are now infected due to one of the staff using the drill file and cutting my skin numerous times despite me asking her to stop. I did not even have enough time to get polish on them. My friends nails were awful and not at all what she asked for (she asked for a simple French tip) and they had to cover up with pink nails because they screwed it so much. All wonky nails, different lengths, toes are already chipped off, still don’t have polish on my fingers. Manager and one other staff member absolutely abused us for asking for a discounted price, I was genuinely scared because they were screaming at us. After I paid the full amount they still screamed at me as I was leaving to accuse me of short paying them (which I definitely didn’t). Appalling service. Would not recommend at all. Have had to take all my nails off because they were so awful and infected.

I made an appointment at this salon to get a full set of acrylics a few weeks ago and I was pretty unhappy with my experience. I had to wait 15+ minutes despite having made an appointment and when the lady took me through, I started in a pedicure chair. I was moved to a nail table about halfway through my service. The nails I came away with were lovely, but didn't last anywhere near as long as long as other salons work, one of my nails lifted off within a week. Overall I won't be coming back to this salon.

Not the best place to get nails done. I got acrylic nails and the lady who did it on multiple occasions scratched my skin with the drill sander and I now have some small scabs all around the base of my nails ( I really hope I don’t get any infections) ). The Acrylics are quite thick and there’s bits of the acrylic mixture stuck under my nails as well as some nail glue. It also looks like that they weren’t completely filled properly due to it only being 2 days since I got them done and I can already see some gaps between the cuticle and nail. The nail job also did seem kinda rushed.

I had a appointment booked for 9.15am and didn't get started until 10:00am (There was 2 other people in the salon). By the time they started on my nails, it took 2 hours. It is a plain white acrylic and cost $70 for poor work, my nails were messy and looked terrible. Not even a week after getting them done, 3 nails fell off randomly, and 3 are chipped.

I enter new places to find a good nail tech, I always pretend I don’t know anything about mani and pedi by saying nothing, just to see who actually cares and takes the care needed.This place rushes rushed rushed, which led to a horrible end result.Pedicure took 6 minutes because it wasn’t done properly, toes weren’t filed, cut or cleaned, no exfoliating.I asked for a manicure which took approximately 2 minutes before my nails being done, my nails look worse now then they did before, I chose dip powder, my nails are like rocky mountains, so uneven and lumpy, thick and yuck! Again very rushed and no care taken.I tried to have a conversation but she was to busy talking very loudly in her language to even acknowledge my presence. Very uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to leave.Cost $96 without tips on my fingers and without polish on my toes, and I wasn’t even told what cost what, I was just given the machine to tap my card!

Highly recommend this salon. Had my nails done this morning, the lady was lovely and did the best job Iv had and in the least amount of time. I will definitely make this place my regular from now on.

Absolutely would NOT recommend.I was charged $66 for an infill w a very basic tiny heart (design)I booked my appointment was at 10.15 I sat waiting for a long time, I asked how long it would take when booking the appointment and she said 45mins. I was not finished until almost 12.30.My nails are so thick, there is lots of acrylic under my nail, the design smudged and they pretended they didn't notice, nails are all different lengths.The nails are so bad that 1week later I have booked to have them fixed. Over 10years of acrylic nails, this is by far the worst experience I've had.

I highly recommend this place! Nails look great, great service and was served within 10 minutes without booking. I won’t go anywhere else.
