Superwash

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Automatic car wash was not working. So I used self service. Coins got stuck. And bins were overflowing. They don't even deserve the can worth 10cents that only just fit.. also the 1st self service driveway hose has a split in it that mean you get as soaked as your car does.. this used to be a good car wash. Shame.

WTAF is wrong with this lady. The same as all the other 1-star reviewers... old lady comes out, says you can't hand wash, even if you're only trying to scrub off a few stubborn stains by hand with a sponge since her broom head tools can't do the job. Then she turns the water off and won't come out from her office when you knock on the door. Absolutely pathetic way to run a business!!!! I am washing my car (with her soap and water), and it is a car wash, is it not?Will not return.

I was ripped off by the car air freshener machine. Happily took my money with no product. Rang over 5 times. No answer. Poor experience. Will travel to a better one next time.

Just standard place. Disadvantage, no cash withdrawal on site unless employee present and will help

I've had to change my opinion of this place since I was last here. FYI, I used to come here very regularly (on average once a fortnight) just to wash, vacuum and polish my Suzuki, and I did that for close to an year and a half. No problems for me during that time, aside from me choosing not to use the soap brush on hand when washing the car, as I discovered there was too much debris in it and it created light swirl marks in the car's paintwork whenever I used it.No, the big disappointment for me that prevents me from coming back to this place is the owner's attitude to those people who want to use their own wax and cleaning products on their cars in the car park bays behind the car wash. If you do that, eventually one of the female retirees' on hand will ask you to either buy their own products on display - which is expensive - or ask you to leave. Fair call to them, since it's their establishment, but considering the amount of money I had already spent - and would continue to spend, had I continued to keep going - I believe that to be a short-sighted decision on their part.

8am Saturday wash, 2 other cars there, no one waiting behind me. Just travelled from Mount Isa so dirty car. My son was soaping up the car ahead as I was following with a washing mit. RUDE attendant appeared saying “you can’t manually wash the car in the bay” even though the sprayer was still being used and paid for! Ok, fine, kept spraying (NOT washing with the mit) and she turned off the water!! Pathetic! I hope Superwash doesn't spend money on marketing because you just blew it . . .Question, WHY would anyone use the provided 'broom' to wash ANY car that has value, when the guy before you scrubbed the sand and dirt off his 4WD wheels with it? Then wonderfully transferred and ground into your paint?And even when the meter is running, WHICH IS PAID FOR, you are not allowed to wash with your own mit for safety . . .I will NEVER use this carwash again AND advise anyone else to steer clear and go elsewhere
