Wilson’s Towing

They Transported my track loader and then dumped it on the council strip in front of neighbours driveway instead of inside my property after telling them to put inside property as I was away for 2 weeks. Had to get them back to deliver properly under duress. Then their drop off photo showed that they had lost the seat during transport. I called to have rectified but they refuse to take ownership of damage.This business Make you pay before delivering so you have no legs to stand on In reclaiming any money. I went to fair trading to resolve but they also refused to assist OFD in any way.Rip off business. Never use again.

We were stuck on the side of a back road on our way to Dalby with a loaded holiday trailer with a broken A frame on Jan 3 (a public holiday). Our RACV roadside assistance organised the tow. Mick rang us and said he'd be an hour as he had to come from Toowoomba. No worries, at least someone was on their way. He arrived almost on the hour and soon had the trailer on the flatbed and on the way to Dalby with us following. Once it was off the flatbed (behind the repair place that was not open until the next day) he managed to straighten" the trailer from sitting at a 45o angle to be level because a fridge/freezer was inside. I offered him a few beers but he refused. Happy with Mick and Wilson's."

Great company to deal with. My car was stolen and located weeks later by police. I went to Wilson's to collect it and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Professionalism with a personal touch.Thankyou team.

My Mother had her car towed by Wilson's after accident, her Insurance Company had arranged her car to be taken elsewhere fron Wilson's to be assessed but Wilson's took it on themselves and into their own hands to right my Mothers car off and transfer it to Brisbane and not even contact her about it, no communication with my elderly Mother at all, not impressed at all. Not professional at all and no care or consideration for customers property.
