Unprofessional company, do not expect even an average service. No communication, no punctuality.

Do not use Cleanaway, appalling customer service! Requests for pricing review as so over priced, promises to call back and they don't meanwhile continuing to bill you at the higher rate. Much better providers available.

It's now 3pm. We have waited all day for the skip to arrive. I have sent 2 emails asking for an approximate time of delivery with no response and can't get through to anyone in their call centre.

Absolute shocker, and by the looks of it they have a common thread of bad service looking at the other reviews.Try someone else, it will be a whole lot less stressful.

I called to professionally discuss an issue with waste collection and the girl I spoke to on the phone was rude and raised her voice with me. She spoke to me like an idiot and ended up having to end the call. I have reported this with the council of Bassendean. Disgusting service. I have experience in both truck driving AND customer service and the service I received today from both customer relations AND the collection driver shows that this company has A LOT to be desired.

INACCESSIBLE UNACCEPTABLE LACK OF LEADERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITYPlease be advised Cleanaway Multiskip bins are being parked in Disabled Bays.This greatly impinges on mine and others independence, who require the use of accessible parking.The question I ask is what was the process you took to consult with delivery personnel as to where to leave these bins? This is a common occurrence.Where does this practice align with Cleanaway’s Commitment to the Community?Please ensure all waste bins are removed immediately from Disabled Bays even if the Business has requested it be placed there. Initiate an “Inaccessible Unacceptable” policy to support the whole community and educate your personnel.Your urgent attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
