I had a bad experience with my VW the Air Conditioner compressor & other problems returning multiple times to have it looked at & no luck with the Air conditioner compressor failing I was told different stories every time I took my car back to sort the problem so I wouldn’t recommend them very disappointed and the way they spoke to me over the phone no.

Glen and his wife Lynn are the kindest people and have looked after me and my cars for over 2 years. I dont have family over here but i feel like they treat my as such, with Glens straight talking no BS and Lynn offering to drop me to work while they fix my car. Fabulous people lucky to find them!

I had a lucky break taking my BMW to glen to rectify a serious problem with the computer system , other places were not able to rectify the problem, Glen and his mechanics went out of there way to get the required parts to get the BEAMER running back to top order, and were a pleasure to deal with through the whole process of seeking out the parts and codes for my car, i strongly advise anyone with mechanical issues or computer faults to take your car there, glen is a straight shooter and will be honest and professional with his appraisal . Took my car here for pinkslip, service, and to fix a problem that my former car service provider only made worse and it was fixed up and ready to go in 1 day, driving like it is brand new! There was no detail too small, they went over everything and took the time to explain it all to me. I am so greatful to finally have a skilled mechanic, that won't take advantage of me knowing nothing about cars! The billing was very reasonable, and the people were very friendly. I'll be bringing my car here from now on!! Thank you so much!
