Pleasant workers and just about everything you need... Nothing has changed still the same old store but their prices are very very competitive.. They need a bigger store because they have so much stock there is hardly any room for the items for sale now. But still the best B W around.

This will be closing in time, and it shows. All the staff are working in an air-conditioned place, and the shop needs renovating so bad. I'm not positive when they are closing but they are certainly not making an effort to keep it modern.

Not many clothes are priced and had to walk half way around the store looking for a scanner as the one in the children's section wasn't working very disappointed

Decent things at decent prices. My one niggle, waited for a phone call to pick up an item, should've been an hour, turned into 2 days , luckily it wasn't too inconveinient

Ease of shopping with out being harassed. Able to shop for the items you want. In peace, but someone is always available if you need assistance.

Some staff are helpful but unfortunately some are not. It is nice to be greeted as you enter the store. It is also nice for staff members to offer help or have eye contact with customers walking down the isles or trying to find something

Everytime we drive through Warwick, my daughter wants to go to the Big W. She just loves this store. I am not 100% sure why, but even in Brisbane or the Gold Coast she doesn't ask to go to these Big W stores. She just loves this store. I can only think that it might be because of a few toys which the other stores either didn't stock or ran out of. So it has to be a five star review.
