Had boots resoled, and only 1-2 months on the sole on one boot started to come off as it had only been glued on. Upon taking the boots back, was told that the machine to properly stitch the soles on had been broken at the time or something of the like (not sure why they couldn't have told me that instead of taking my money and just gluing on), and they took my boots back to be properly stitched. Only one year on, the stitching has come undone, the sole is flapping off, and I'm needing new boots/another repair..

I ordered an engraved dogtag and cutting board by them. The cutting board came out fantastic! While the dogtag had some complications (Dates weren't right)They remade it, which I appreciated, got the dates right, but messed up the back Message this time. I asked for Forever in our Hearts" and got "Forever on our Hearts" instead.The lady who served me was also quite rude

Bought a necklace from Cobbler road for my daughter the day before her birthday and also wanted it engraved, it’s was completed within an hour or so and was perfect and my daughter absolutely loves her present and wears it every day... this was my 1st time shopping here and I will definitely be back. The young girl serving was also friendly. You guys are doing an amazing job ☺️

Always 5 STAR service here. An awesome array of gifts to choose from and the effort they go to is also 5 star. Have used them from getting boots repaired to buying a cactus!! This place has something for everyone .

My Partner bought in Her Vintage Monogram Louis Vuitton for repair on the zipper pull tab. She is so happy. Excellent work. She has a smaller vintage Louis Vuitton with similar problem, in the future will bring that bag in for repairs. Thank You again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
