His professionalism, quick response to any queries and knowledge of the building game was second to none making all works proceed smoothly and on time.The under floor heating in the bathrooms was the best suggestion by Tom. Its sensational, making the cold winter mornings feel like summer. We engaged Tom and his lovely wife Suzi in early 2023 when considering a bathroom renovation. We had considered other builders but returned to Tom after considering other options.  We were also considering a kitchen renovation however the bathroom was our priority and we always believed that our budgetary constraints meant that we would have to wait to get the kitchen done at a future time. We were pleasantly surprised when, after going through the quotation process, we were able to get a complete and excellent quality bathroom, laundry, and kitchen renovation all within our available budget.  From the very first time we walked into their Epping business and display we always felt welcome and were treated almost as if we were family.  Tom and his team were always respectful and courteous.  They were always willing to discuss ideas and preferences with the view to making it work wherever possible.  As with any major project, there will always be some minor setbacks or glitches, however the measure of a good builder is how they deal with these issues when they arise. Tom was always available, and every issue raised during the process was addressed and rectified.  Even now, after the job has been completed, he has stood by his promise to always be there even if the smallest of adjustments is required.  All works and materials have been completed to a very high standard and we are absolutely thrilled with the result.  All of Tom’s team including the tilers, painters, plasterers, electricians, plumbers, caulkers, glaziers etc were courteous, friendly, and professional.  We have no hesitation in recommending Tom and his team to anyone considering a bathroom and/or kitchen renovation that is excellent value for money, and of a high standard.  In fact, we have already recommended others who are thinking of going down this path. Thank you to Tom, Suzi and everyone else we have dealt with along the way who have provided us with a renovation that we love.

Had a terrible experience with these guys. Tom is a fellow, I would not deal with again.Terrible communication, no timing, no ethics.Gave us a very good quote initially, then started saying this is extra, this was not quoted for.I had 3 diffrent carpenters come to do my plaster board work.3 painters, one started working and dissapeared, then the next and finally the last one who did a terrible half hearted job.Worse after collecting $30000 dollars of the 42000 agreed on, Tom disappeared with 60 percent of the job completed. He is a shoddy liar.Be very careful. Don’t get carried away with the smooth talk and cheap quote to get your job. Left me stranded. Used the cheapest material possible and shows you something diffrent when you visit his Work shop.Very, very disappointed and cheated.

After almost a year of looking for a builder for bathroom renovation and several unreasonable quotes, we heard of Tom. We can't thank him and his team enough. He leads the project every step of the way, all you need is to tell Tom about your preferences and a wishlist for the reno, no matter how small or how big. Him and his team are punctual and professional, all the jobs are done to the highest standard and if there are any hiccups, everything is rectified straight away. We can't recommend him enough. I had the whole front renovated. Tom and his team put in a beautiful new high Quilty kitchen and bathroom. The floors were all tiled and 2 walls removed. I couldn’t have had a better person doing the work for me. Tom is a honest and reliable person. You couldn’t go wrong getting this Crüe do the work for you. Now I have a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom.
