Acted on a recommendation from a family member and service did not disappoint. Came out to initially replace a broken hot water service. Fantastic service and very thorough. Ended up getting him back out within the week to carry out some other general maintenance issues. Super punctual and wasn't left waiting around when given a time for the work. Would definitely use and recommend the Unley Plumber.

I selected the company by reading carefully all the reviews it had and comparing with other plumbers around Adelaide. Then I had an appointment with the manager Richard. He came to my door exactly on time, and later I learned that he actually arrived a lot early and spent some time examining around the house gauging the existing problems and potential new ones in the coming years. When he was talking with me, I sensed that he had broad and in-depth knowledgeable of plumbing. He was very patient and careful listened to what I said. He explained in detail how to complete the job -- the steps, time and consumables as well as the performance. The quotation he provided is cost-effective in comparison with others I had.

After moving into our new home ( a 20 year old) house, there were a number of plumbing issues, which Richard has worked on. Pressure reduction valve, new hot water system, tap issues, toilet cistern & shower head replacements, new sink mixer etc.I have found Richard to be open & honest in his assessments, and does what he says he will do.

Excellent service- we are very happy with the job that Richard did today at our office in the eastern suburbs, fixing our dishwasher and installing a filter on our water tap.

Richard had excellent customer service, he was friendly and easy going ! He was able to come and unblock a bathroom drain for us within 1 hour of contacting him, could not recommended him more for plumbing jobs! Wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again !

Richard was called for a hot water system. He checked the original one first to see if it could be fixed, it couldn't, then replaced it with a new one a few days later. He was professional and friendly and the job was done in a timely manner.

Rich was friendly on first contact and arrived on time and with no fuss dealt with our attic gas leak immediatly, and was a total professional...Very easy going, friendly, and highly experienced..Will definetly use these guys again...Highly recommended !

Richard came out to check on my gas heater and stovetop, to check that there were no leaks - he was very thorough, and explained to me how all my appliances were functioning. Thanks for the very prompt, courteous service! It's great to have a lovely local plumber.
