A very clean, professional training facility with state of the art equipment. A great team environment with a knowledgeable, motivating trainer who is able to provide a wide array of alternative exercises for individual needs.

We used Fortify when on a holiday in Forster and we received a warm welcome from all the crew.Julian is friendly and knows his stuff and keeps a watchful eye on everyone’s technique. They always adapt everything to your capabilities and push you without pressure.
