Worst customer service i ever got. They never returned my call, never send me email as they promised. Customer representative was not helpful at all. Seems like they do not need any bussiness.Never even try to deal with them or recommend to anyone.

The team at Total Care were absolutely fantastic. We needed a hot water unit replaced and they completed the job with less than a 24 hour turn around. They provided prompt service and were very professional.
