Got set up with a VPS for my business this morning and so far it's been pretty easy. Will, who's with the sales team, answered my questions very quickly and clearly via email. Once I ordered Ilya got me all set up and responded to some initial questions very quickly. The initial instructions they sent me to get things up and running were clear and easy to follow. I'm just in the process of importing my websites from my old shared host and expect everything will continue to go smoothly.Edit 1 month in - I'm still really satisfied. I had a minor problem with email that wasn't my fault or VPS Blocks' fault. They very quickly diagnosed the issue and even got it fixed for me. Thanks!
