Got a service here a few times and was always happy. But won't use now as seems like there is a new owner who rips you off.Went in for a service and when I got it back the service light came on instantly. I figured they forgot to reset it which isn't a big deal, it happens.When I went to fill up my car two days later I checked the tires, it's a habit as I don't drive the car much. Because of this I have a good idea on how much air they lose per week.It was very clear that they hadn't checked or filled them up in the service as they where extremely low.A basic service and they didn't reset the service light or check the tires..... At this point I don't believe they did any work on my car and that I got ripped off. Won't be back.

Jimmy and the guys at Sydney Prestige are knowledgeable, trustworthy and know their stuff. I've taken my Audi to various mechanics throughout the inner west and these guys are streets ahead and that includes Audi dealers. They understand the product, are straightforward with their advice and do a great job at a very fair price. We had some ongoing fueling and timing chain issues with our 2010 A3 Quattro that other mechanics had either misdiagnosed or were unable to fix. Jimmy spotted the issues immediately and worked through the problem to provide a solution that was more complete and cost effective than any of the others were able to suggest. Oh, and did I mention the workshop is spotless! Bring your car here with confidence.

HI Jimmy - how are you? Just wanted to say a quick thank you for the great service your boys done to my wives M3 last week. When she came home the car sounded brand new again and also looked new. I guess the boys gave it a wash? Anyway thank you very much and i will see you next month for my front brakes. Great great service and work iv been coming here for 7 years and so should everyone else.

Very happy with the service they have given over the years. I have a Suzuki Swift, a friend was using the car while I was overseas and decided to get it serviced at his local service station in Darlinghurst. The mechanic went over the car and discovered it needed a couple of new front tyres, brake pads, struts , grease and oil change. The quote was $1900 to fix all the problems. Took the car to Jimmy and his team went to work and fixed everything for half the original quote.

I have been servicing my BMWs with Sydney Prestige since year 2000. Jim and his technicians are very knowledgeable and do the job right. When BMW Dealership technicians could not determine what was causing an issue with my automatic transmission (car still under warranty) Jim spotted it in 10 mins. Also I have to mention that their prices are half of BMW Dealerships. Thanks for looking after me

Jimmy seems like a nice bloke and after getting my car service once here last year I got serviced again last month.Very disappointed however, that he didn't think to call me to let me know that the service was going to be $1900, as a few things needed replacing. Also got parts like new ceramic coated disk brakes which I never would have asked for in an old car that's done a lot of k's.. normal disk brakes would have been fine.Felt like I was taken for a ride to be honest, I'm sure they did a good service just make sure get them call you for anything extra that is done, and that you don't get gold plated parts. Also get him to write down what you want done as things such as a front light weren't replaced even though told him about it, so I had to go back in the next day.

Expensive. Did not tell me the price before doing the work on my car. $1300 for a basic service and to replace 2 brake pads.

Jimmy and his team did a terrific job for me with a really fast turnaround so could not be happier - they even went overboard by assisting me with placing some personalised number plates on my Porsche 911 which really made my day! The setup at their new location is state-of-the-art. Great work guys and can highly recommend.
